Policy
Nonexempt employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws and PSI needs.
Normally, all non-exempt employees may not work more than eight (8) hours per day and forty (40)
hours per week. Overtime requests must be approved in advance by the Director. Exempt employees
are not entitled to overtime.
