Policy
Prospective employees must disclose on the application for employment or other documents submitted for employment any familial or close personal relationship with a current PSI employee. For purposes of this policy, familial and close personal relationships include, but are not limited to:
- Spouses and domestic partners;
- Relatives by marriage (including in-laws);
- Children (including stepchildren and foster children) and grandchildren;
- Grandparents, parents, and stepparents;
- Siblings (including stepbrothers and stepsisters);
- Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews;
- Members of the same household; and
- Individuals who are dating or engaged to be married but may or may not reside together.
